About the role As Retail Media Advertising Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in expanding our B2B Retail Media sales across two strategic customer segments: marketplace sellers (3P) and media agencies. Redcare Pharmacy already partners with leading 1P brand manufacturers - your focus will be to scale our advertising business in new growth areas. Unlike traditional field sales, your role focuses on digital media consulting, campaign strategy, and data-driven advertising solutions. You can work remotely but we would like to meet you in the office in Settala 2x per week. Responsibilities New Business Development: Drive advertising revenue by identifying, approaching, and converting marketplace sellers into Retail Media advertisers. Agency Partnerships: Develop and expand strategic relationships with media agencies, positioning Redcare Pharmacy as a go-to partner for eCommerce advertising and full-funnel media campaigns. Client Portfolio Expansion: Support the long-term growth of our Retail Media business by growing our 3P sellers and agencies portfolio. Consultative Selling: Translate advertiser goals into tailored Retail Media solutions. Provide best practices and data-driven recommendations to maximize campaign performance. Campaign & Performance Management: Lead proposal creation, contract negotiations, and campaign monitoring to ensure client success and satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in Retail Media, and use insights to refine our go-to-market strategy and media offering. About you Experience: 4 years in Retail Media or Digital Media Sales - ideally on the retailer, marketplace, or publisher side. Experience with media agencies, eCommerce sellers, or AdTech platforms is a plus. Digital Sales Expertise: Ability to acquire and develop B2B advertising clients, pitch media solutions, and close deals in a digital media context. Media Know-how: Familiarity with campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROAS), ad formats, targeting, and commerce KPIs. Client Centricity: A relationship builder with a structured, consultative approach and a strong sense of ownership. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
