Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for:
* Defining the technical product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market needs.
* Leading innovation initiatives in packaging and labelling machinery, introducing new and advanced technologies.
* Developing new product features and upgrades based on customer insights and competitive benchmarking.
* Analysing market trends and competitor offerings to identify differentiation opportunities and strategic advantages.
* Providing technical input to support the commercial organisation in product positioning and go‑to‑market strategy.
* Collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure effective and timely product development and launch.
* Ensuring technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the machinery portfolio.
Profile
* Availability to travel nationally and internationally (trade shows, customer visits, production sites), approx. 30-40%.
* 10+ years of experience in similar leadership roles, ideally within the industrial machinery or packaging sectors.
* Strong leadership skills and strategic vision, with proven managerial capabilities.
* Solid understanding of aftermarket business models, including spare parts, service sales, and lifecycle value creation.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
* Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments, with international exposure.
* Experience in entrepreneurial, rapidly scaling, or transformation‑driven contexts is a strong plus.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a customer‑centric and results‑driven mindset.

* 10+ years of experience in industrial or capital equipment environments
