As a Project Engineer, you will be at the heart of the technical development of international orders:

• Technical Coordination: Operational management of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and technical requirements.
• Mechanical Design: Supervision and design development using 3D CAD software, managing drawing specifications, tolerances, and treatments.
• Industrialization: Supporting production activities following Design for Production logic.
• Strategic Liaison: Continuous communication with international clients, suppliers, production departments, and internal functions.
• Documentation: Drafting and managing technical project documentation in compliance with aerospace standards.
  

• Education: Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience: 2–7 years in Project Engineering within the metalworking sector (Aerospace, Automotive, or Precision Mechanics).
• Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of 3D design systems (preferably PTC Creo, CATIA, or AutoCAD).
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, result-oriented approach, and strong organizational skills.
• Language Skills: To interact effectively with international clients, a mandatory English level of at least B2 is required.

Working Hours:

Full Time – 40 hours per week.

Employment Type:

"CCNL Metalmeccanico-Industria" (Metalworking Industry National Contract), 13 monthly salaries, permanent direct-hire contract.

Salary (RAL):

Range between €40,000 and €55,000 + additional monthly bonus ranging from €100 to €1,000 based on seniority for Non-Compete Agreement.

The final economic offer will be within this range, commensurate with the candidate's experience and evaluated during the final interview.

Latina (LT), Italy – 100% on-site role.
