As an AI & Data Manager in our IT department, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital transformation. The role is pivotal in shaping our future, and here’s how:
Renewal & Modernization
You’ll contribute to the renewal of our AI & Data capabilities, focusing on conversational analytics to provide chat‑based insights and natural language dashboards.
Self‑Service Analytics
Define processes and best practices for self‑service analytics, ensuring privacy, security, and scalability across our solutions.
Product Delivery
Manage the delivery of new AI & Data products, collaborating with external partners and driving adoption to enhance our operations.
Data & AI Governance
Lead and strengthen our Data & AI Governance framework, ensuring ethical principles, regulatory compliance, and data quality practices are upheld.
What Makes You UniqueMaster’s Degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT Data & Analytics, preferably within global companies or innovative start‑ups.
Proven track record as a Data & Analytics Manager in transformation programs, with knowledge of Databricks and Snowflake being advantageous.
Experience in data governance frameworks, including data stewardship, cataloging, and privacy by design.
Expertise in designing and implementing conversational analytics solutions, such as natural language query systems and chat‑based BI.
Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools, along with strong project management skills.What We Offer
