A glimpse in your role : /b /ppAs an Integration Support Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating and supporting Oracle Opera and Simphony products with Global Blue payment solutions. You will resolve technical issues, validate integrations, and document rollouts. Additionally, you will manage merchant onboarding across various IT platforms, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of solutions. You will provide Level 2 support, assist with testing and validation, and collaborate with both Pre-Sales and internal teams to enhance the customer experience. This role requires up to 40% travel to support customer deployments and solutions. There may also be on-call duties (OCD) as needed to provide support outside regular working hours.
