NDT Engineer / NDT Project Engineer (Offshore Pipeline) – FANOProfessional responsible for coordinating and validating non-destructive testing activities on offshore pipelay projects, ensuring compliance with project, contractual, and Client requirements.Your role
Lead and coordinate NDT/NDE activities during offshore pipeline projectsEnsure inspection quality, compliance, and alignment with project requirementsAct as technical interface with Client representativesSupport continuous improvement of NDT processes and methodologies
Your responsibilities
Coordinate the NDE phase, including planning, qualification, and executionPrepare and qualify NDT procedures, QC documentation, and equipment specificationsSupervise AUT, UT, MT, and ECA activities on girth welds and validate resultsSupport field/on-board teams, manage subcontractors, and handle critical issues
Requirements
5+ yrs. Experience in NDT on offshore pipelay or similar projectsStrong knowledge of AUT, UT, MT, ECA and inspection methodologiesAbility to manage procedures, qualification, and Client technical discussionsSolid understanding of NDT standards, data analysis, and process validation
