Position Summary

Our Quality and Compliance Coordinator plays an important role in a number of vital hotel functions. The coordinator works across departments (e.g., Quality, HR, Finance, Compliance) to support administrative needs. Responsibilities include preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software; serving as the point of contact for clients and vendors; acting as the liaison between Back Office and clients throughout the event process; ensuring smooth operations; maintaining a safe workplace; following company policies and procedures; upholding quality standards; ensuring professional appearance and communications; developing and maintaining positive relationships with other employees and departments; supporting the team to reach common goals; listening and responding appropriately to employee concerns; reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; and performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds. The coordinator also stands, sits, walks for extended periods, reaches overhead and below the knees, bends, twists, pulls, and stoops as required, and performs other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.


Preferred Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
* Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
* Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
* License or Certification: None
