**What you'll be doing...**
The Facilities Executive assists the Facilities team in providing efficient and effective Facilities Management and health, safety and security service for the outlet centre, to ensure that customer satisfaction is maximised for the Centre are set and maintained at all times.
If you are passionate about sustainability, keen on thinking out of the box, exploring new methods and ideas, then this might be the job for you. You will report to the Centre Facilities Manager.

**To be successful you’ll bring...**
- Qualified facility professional with knowledge of ISO 45001 and preferably ISO 14001
- Experience in facility management, food hygiene standards and have knowledge of building standards
- Experience or a keen interest in Risk/Security management and Environmental/Sustainability
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Outstanding communication both verbally and written
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
