Ph3Inhouse Corporate Lawyer – Legal Compliance /h3 pReporting Line: Group General Counsel /p pLocation: TBD (Corporate HQ / hybrid) /p pSeniority: 5–7 years of experience /p h3The Context /h3 pThe Group operates internationally as a manufacturer of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) in the High-Mix Low-Volume segment and serves the Aerospace Defence, MedTech and High-Performance Electronics markets. /p h3The Role /h3 pThe Inhouse Corporate Lawyer – Legal Compliance operates in a dynamic and evolving international environment and plays a central role in the development and evolution of the Group Compliance Program, contributing to its transformation into a modern, effective framework that concretely supports the Group’s activities. /p pThe role is designed for a professional willing to build and continuously improve processes, tools and organisational structures, introducing innovative and pragmatic solutions with a direct impact on how the Group operates and grows. /p pThe position involves close interaction with corporate functions and local teams, with active involvement in projects related to growth, integration and continuous improvement, in a view of compliance as a driver of value, efficiency and sustainability. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liContribute to the development and evolution of the Group’s governance and compliance framework, working on key policies and procedures (e.g. Code of Conduct, anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, data protection, cybersecurity, trade compliance – sanctions and export control –, antitrust, AML, whistleblowing) and ensuring alignment between Group standards and local requirements. /li liSupport the Group Compliance Program as part of a broader legal framework, working closely with the Group General Counsel on risk assessments and on the definition of operational solutions supporting the Group’s activities. /li liAct as a legal business partner to corporate functions, supporting the management of legal and compliance risks in relationships with third parties and contractual counterparties. /li liProvide cross-functional legal support, including contract review, the issuance of legal opinions on specific matters and contribution to the activities of foreign legal entities. /li liContribute to the development of the Group’s legal and compliance culture, including through training and awareness initiatives, internal communications and active engagement with local teams. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives within the Legal Compliance function, including post-acquisition integration projects (MA integration) and the implementation of digital tools and solutions. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liLaw degree or equivalent academic background. /li li5–7 years of experience in legal and/or compliance roles, preferably within multinational organisations or international law firms. /li liSolid knowledge of key compliance and governance frameworks. /li liExperience in regulated industries is preferred. /li liExcellent command of English; additional languages are a plus. /li /ul h3How You Work /h3 ul liHigh standards of integrity, professionalism and ethical judgement. /li liStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. /li liAbility to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a multicultural environment. /li liAppropriate level of autonomy and sound judgement, combined with a proactive mindset and continuous improvement orientation. /li /ul h3Why This Role /h3 ul liOpportunity to join a growing, structured multinational organisation. /li liRole with tangible impact within an international and evolving legal and compliance framework. /li liDirect reporting line to the Group General Counsel and strong internal visibility. /li liProfessional growth opportunities in an international environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
