* Acts as a strategic partner to the business unit, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters.
* Leads and supervise local HR activities.
* Collaborates with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives.
* Be a sparring partner for the team
* Supports organizational change initiatives
* Monitors and analyses HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
* Collaborates with HR colleagues across different business units and functions to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR processes and policies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within international companies with a matrix organization.
* Solid experience in EPCI companies.
* Used to work in a matrix organization and ability to move in an international environment and balance different stakeholders.
* Knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations and legal regulations in Italy
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
* Team player
* Italian and English fluent, both written and spoken
