IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, candidates MUST have:
* Hands-on experience with SAP SD
* Knowledge of Order to Cash processes
* Experience working in consulting companies or system integrators
* Participation in SAP implementation, rollout, AMS or support projects
* Professional knowledge of English and Italian

Your Role
You will join our Order to Cash Business Unit and work on international SAP projects focused on Sales & Distribution processes.
You will support clients in analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP solutions, improving operational processes, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
Main responsibilities include:
* Collecting and analyzing business requirements
* Supporting SAP SD functional analysis and configuration
* Managing and optimizing Order to Cash processes
* Supporting testing activities, UAT and post go-live phases
* Interacting with business stakeholders and project teams
* Preparing functional documentation and presentations
* Conducting training sessions for key users
Required SAP SD Knowledge
Candidates should have experience in some of the following areas:
* Sales Order Management
* Pricing and Condition Technique
* Delivery Processes
* Billing Processes
* Customer Master Data / Business Partner
* Output Management
