As we expand our product capabilities, we're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong React expertise to take a leading role in our frontend team. This is more than a coding role — you'll help define architecture, uphold best practices, and mentor others as a key contributor to our product evolution.
What You'll Do
* Lead the frontend development of core features in our SaaS products.
* Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
* Contribute to technical decisions, coding standards, and architectural improvements.
* Build reusable components and scalable front-end solutions using React.
* Review code, share knowledge, and support junior developers in the team.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience developing complex frontend applications using React.js .
* Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
* Experience optimizing performance and maintaining accessibility standards.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* A proactive, structured, and mentoring attitude — you enjoy helping others grow.
* Fluency in English and Italian is a plus.
Nice to Have
* Experience in a SaaS or product-led company.
* Familiarity with design systems or component libraries.
* Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks.
