Overview The candidate will focus his activity on IMU/INS system test mainly in relation to the Calibration and Acceptance testing phases. He will primarily be responsible for managing Acutronic R&D within the Prototyping & Integration area. This involves interfacing with the Eng Model Lab, Calibration Team, and System Test groups to gather information from various teams and enhance the efficiency of the instrumentation available in the area. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the NPI and Operations areas to create synergies between groups and improve the optimization of available resources and instrumentation. For the units under the Prototyping & Integration area, the candidate must execute the required "acceptance test" procedures for specific products, reviewing documentation provided by the Engineering departments and offering suggestions for improvements. Furthermore, the candidate will maintain control over the systems under the Prototyping & Integration area by recording the flow of incoming and outgoing items and monitoring the progress of the various units. Responsibilities Manage calibration tools and instruments, collecting the needs of the Eng Model Lab, Calibration Team, and System Test groups; Interface other departments to create synergies and optimize the use of the equipment; Review and execute the System test procedures; Develop unit handling skills; Have a good manual practitioner; Support to verification and troubleshooting of issues found on the units; Maintain a clear status of the units in charge of his department; Manage assigned tasks simultaneously and effectively communicating with the team members and the group leader; Focus On Manage Acutronic R&D (the candidate will liaise with the Calibration Team regarding the list of activities and priorities while also working with NPI and Production to optimize the use of Acutronic). Execute ATP at the bench for the units assigned to EMMlab (the candidate will collaborate with the System Test group to synergize on setups and testing methods). Manage the status of EMMlab units (it is essential to keep the list of units in EMMlab up to date based on loans, returns, sales, configuration changes, calibration passes, and ATP passes). Provide support to EMMlab for the analysis of issues related to electronic boards (repeating test procedures as necessary).
