Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide /p h3Project Test Commissioning Manager (PrCOM) /h3 h3Purpose of the Job /h3 pPlan and manage all Test Commissioning activities for the project in support to the Project Manager ensuring application of the project’s strategy (including QCD commitment) and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations and professional standards /p pManage the TC team on field /p pCollaborate with the VV manager to define the VV strategy to be applied in lab and on field /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liResponsible of the QCD commitment of the TC Work Package /li liPro-actively manages the internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and the external interfaces with Partners, third parties and Customers. /li liDeploys TC process on the field and make sure it is applied by the TC team within the project /li liPro-actively manages internal interfaces with project engineering, installation and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties and Customers for TC activities /li liDelivers TC plans, procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training of the TC team. /li liPrepares and manages Test Commissioning works on field – Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics… /li liEnsures the EHS compliance (Zero deviation), reports and anticipates issues /li liManages the TC team: ul liEnsures EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination /li liTrains and supports people in TC activities /li liParticipates to Subsystem Leader, Engineer and Technician assessment of competency /li /ul /li liManages the tools and organize accurate calibration /li liAnticipates issues and reports / alerts on a regular basis to the RC TCM and to the PM on progress, issues and risks on the project (EHS, TC work, System delivery…) /li liEnsures that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context /li liMonitors/manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package TC as per customer and solution / system requirements /li liIssues the REX on TC activities, and propose update / improvement of the TC way of working / process / tools and the TC Reference Library to optimize TC performance /li /ul pLocation: Bari, Bologna or Rome site.
