Junior Business Controller
Reporting to the International Business Controller, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the International Markets and foreign subsidiaries in:
Preparation of periodic reporting and analysis of market/ channel/ customer/ product at gross margin level;
Profitability analysis by customers/product at direct margin level;
Quarterly and year-end reporting deviations analysis;
Support in the enhancement and compliance of business processes, standards and systems;
Monthly revenue forecasting, monitoring and variance analysis versus Budget and Forecast at BU level;
Monitoring and analysis of P&L;, BS and CF of foreign subsidiaries during quarterly closings and Budget / Forecast processes;
COGS evaluation and stock analysis with focus on impact on margins;
Accrual e pre-paid expenses analysis;
Monitoring and analysis of CAPEX and related investments for foreign subsidiaries;
Support in preparing presentations for BoD, Business Plan, M&A;, ad-Hoc projects.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Management Engineering or similar;
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Business or Commercial Controller in a multinational company (preferably in the FMCG sector);
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of ERP system, preferably SAP;
Previous experience in ERP systems integration projects (preferably SAP) is considered a plus;
