Overview
Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis vs. budget and forecast
- Monitor plant costs, margins, and KPIs to support operational efficiency and decision-making
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process at plant level in coordination with corporate finance
- Support investment and cost-saving initiatives through business case development and ROI analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Act as liaison between plant and corporate finance for reporting, audits, and planning cycles
Qualifications
Education: University master degree - Economics or Management Engineering
Professional background
- Excel and in general Office Suite
- English Language (written/spoken)
