Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis vs. budget and forecast Monitor plant costs, margins, and KPIs to support operational efficiency and decision-making Manage the budgeting and forecasting process at plant level in coordination with corporate finance Support investment and cost-saving initiatives through business case development and ROI analysis Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Act as liaison between plant and corporate finance for reporting, audits, and planning cycles Qualifications Education: University master degree - Economics or Management Engineering Professional background Excel and in general Office Suite English Language (written/spoken) Considered as a plus: Team and goal oriented "If you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
