* Temporary assignment
* Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for manufacturing and industrial positions
* Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
* Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
* Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to streamline processes
What’s Needed?
* Manufacturing recruiting experience (required)
* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
* Full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruiting environment
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
