Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team Lead to oversee the maintenance and optimization of technologies in our Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training, developing, and coaching a team of engineering technicians to ensure a high level of equipment availability.
The successful candidate will have significant practical engineering experience, including a supervisory role managing people, and expertise in both electrical and mechanical disciplines. They will also have experience working with automated equipment, including packaging machinery, sortation, and conveyor systems.
In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as a strong understanding of health and safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and mentor a team of engineering technicians to ensure they are working in a safe, standard, and efficient manner.
* Work with the team and wider network to harness technical expertise and build solutions.
* Support the Reliability Engineering Manager in implementing, recording, and auditing safety and statutory compliance programs.
* Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to provide high equipment availability.
* Ensure sufficient technical coverage is available for shifts by organizing and directing the training program for the team.
