Shenzhen Branch - C22 The Regulatory Intelligence, Safety and Compliance (RISC) team under the Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) organization is looking for a Sr. Risk Manager with a strong record and proven program management experience to lead the design and improvement of worldwide selling partner content, communication, and education. RISC’s mission is to protect customers from products that are unsafe, illegal, illegally marketed, controversial, or otherwise in violation of Amazon’s policies while enabling our Selling Partners (SPs) to offer their broadest selection of safe and compliant products. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive program management experience, analytical rigor, and an innovative mindset to lead complex initiatives end to end. They will develop and publish selling partner communication, establish and execute audit and improvement strategies, and work cross‑functionally to enable GenAI solutions that enhance content development, publication processes, and the global selling partner experience. They will communicate status, risks, and process changes to leadership. This role requires a self‑driven, autonomous, and proactive individual with effective professional and written English and Chinese communication skills. Key Job Responsibilities Own day‑to‑day engagement and management of all content partner teams; manage process changes impacting RISC, issue/defect resolution, and correction of errors.
