Findus is a multinational company leader in the European Frozen Foods market and it is looking for a Category Team Manager.
The Category Team Manager will be accountable for assortment optimization and managing total category assortment, category driven data shopper analysis, increase shopper experience, manage internal stakeholders with marketing and sales function, trade margin increase working on marketing mix products.
Activities & Responsibilities
* Category Strategy Development
* Category vision
* Assortment Planning & Optimization
* Monitor category performance against sales, margin, and profitability targets.
* Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
* Stay updated on competitor activity and market dynamics.
* Use data-driven insights to refine category strategies.
* Ensure supplier performance meets quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Skills & Competencies
* 8 years+ post qualification in Category,Marketing, Customer Trade Marketing or Sales.
* University degree or equivalent
* FMCG experience
* Dynamic leader with strategic vision,ability to inspire, develop teams.
* Excellent communication and written skills with the ability to engage people at all levels both internally and externally
* Ability to bring multiple stakeholders and conflicting viewpoints to an objective resolution
* Impactful report writing and presentation skills
