In this role you will monitor and optimize service operations to drive efficiency, cost control, and higher customer satisfaction. You will work closely with field service teams and partners to improve performance and data accuracy across service management systems. The position supports budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to stakeholders, enabling informed decisions for the Service department. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department

- Ensure data accuracy in service management systems

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar roles
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
