Role Overview

Responsibilities
Prepare and file corporate tax compliance and monthly tax reporting.
Provide proactive tax advice in corporate direct tax areas to business units.
Support group projects and initiatives.
Support the implementation and improvement of the Tax Control Framework.
Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation.
Provide tax advice for M&A; transactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in national and international tax matters.
Experience in complex international environments (MNE or consulting firms).
Strong knowledge of direct taxes, transfer pricing, and international tax law.
Master's degree in Business Administration or Law.
Passion for continuous learning and growth.
Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
Proficiency in English and Italian.
