Experteer Overview
As an Outerwear Production Quality Controller, you will ensure high-quality garments produced for Moncler by monitoring construction, fit, and final QC across Italian suppliers. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams and report findings using dedicated software. You’ll operate in a dynamic luxury fashion setting, traveling to production sites when needed to uphold stringent quality standards. This role offers impact through hands‑on QC leadership, process optimization, and collaboration with Italian and multinational partners.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and control garment quality throughout production
* Verify construction and fit of outerwear products
* Perform final quality control within established timeframes
* Coordinate with team and Moncler employees involved in production
* Issue quality reports using dedicated management software
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in fashion & luxury multinational organizations in a similar role
* Strong technical expertise in outerwear production processes
* Knowledge of down-jackets is a plus
* In-depth understanding of quality control methodologies and standards
* Familiarity with suppliers and production facilities in Italy
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset
* Flexibility to travel and manage multiple tasks
* Autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervisionli>
