NOV Remacut, located in Rivoli, Italy, is part of NOV's Energy Products and Services segment and specialises in the design, manufacture, and servicing of Pipe and Cables Lay Systems and equipment for the oil and gas industry. About the Role
As a key member of our spare parts and aftermarket team, you will play an essential role in ensuring fast, accurate, and high‑quality support to our customers. Starting with close collaboration alongside the Spare Parts Sales Team, you will gradually take full ownership of the quotation and order process, working with precision inside our Oracle EBS management system.
Key Responsibilities
Receive requests for quotations from customers
Determine their priority
Examine the request and precisely identify the parts to be offered, their ERP code, drawing number, their position within the technical drawings and bills of materials
Request quotations from suppliers
Determine the historical cost and sales price of the parts to be offered
Determine the delivery time of the parts to be offered
Prepare quotations for the customer, precisely indicating the price and delivery time of the parts
Transforming quotes into orders
All this while interfacing with the technical unit and administration when necessary
Qualifications
Experience in selling spare parts in the aftermarket
Strong knowledge of ERP systems
Excellent command of Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite
Fluency in Italian (written and spoken)
Good command of English, both written and spoken
