Key Account Sell Out Specialist (South Italy)

to join our

Global Sales Department. This strategic role will be responsible for driving sell-out growth in the South Italy territory by directly managing key stores, ensuring optimal assortment, visibility, product availability, and flawless in-store activations.

Key Account Sell Out Specialist (South Italy) Key Responsibilities Assortment Reviews Ensure in-store presence of all listings agreed with customers. Optimize the local assortment in line with Key Account guidelines and the specific needs of regional clusters. Local Agreements Negotiate directly with stores for extra displays and local visibility opportunities. Ensure that all negotiated initiatives are fully and effectively implemented. Shelf Management & Visibility Increase facings, secure top-shelf presence, and obtain secondary placements. Guarantee strong qualitative and quantitative brand visibility on shelves. Execution Excellence Monitor planograms and layouts, identifying and resolving Out of Stock issues. Verify compliance with commercial and visibility guidelines. Support stores with proper implementation of POP materials. Market Intelligence Systematically collect insights on pricing, competitor promotions, and local shopper trends. Share structured feedback with National Key Account, Trade Marketing, and Marketing teams. Activation Support Ensure flawless execution of promotional campaigns and in-store activities. Monitor performance and propose optimization opportunities.

Requirements At least 2–3 years of experience as a Sell Out Specialist, Store Account, or in a similar role within the FMCG industry. Strong execution and results orientation. Solid knowledge of the Modern Trade / GDO channel. Commercial analysis skills and ability to work with key KPIs (sell-out, stock levels, promo ROI). Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
