STAGE ADDETTO/A BACK OFFICE & DATA ENTRY - UFFICIO TIROCINI
The candidate will support the internship office manager of the Active Policies & Internships Division with the goal of learning and managing internship activations for client companies. Responsibilities include creating intern records, managing documentation, data entry, monitoring, and reporting, with a specific focus on regional Lombardy regulations.
We offer initial and ongoing training, opportunities for sharing and discussion with colleagues, support figures at the territorial level, within a stimulating and rapidly growing operational context.
Requirements
We are looking for someone interested in both back office tasks and direct contact with clients and interns; a determined, goal-oriented, organized, and proactive person who is not intimidated by unforeseen events, fast-paced environments, and daily challenges in our sector.
Additional Information
Initial internship duration: 6 months.
Stipend: €500.
Working hours: full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
Work location: Milan, Gioia/Garibaldi area.
