Join Electrolux Professional Group - as HRIS SPECIALIST - Maternity Leave ABOUT THE JOB The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure efficient and effective HR operations. This role involves collaborating with various departments to support HR processes, data management, and reporting. The HRIS Specialist will play a key role in enhancing the digital HR experience and ensuring data accuracy and compliance. ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- **HRIS Managemen**t: Maintain and update the HRIS to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Manage system configurations, user access, and security settings.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system functionality. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to support HRIS-related projects and initiatives. Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users.
- **Compliance**: Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and security.
- **Project Management**: Lead and participate in HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations. Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed. ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Economics/Accounting or a related field.
- Preferred experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role. At least, 1-2 years in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
