As a Junior Customer Contract Director at Orange Business, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experience, by supporting the adoption of our services. You will be also involved in optimizing revenue and managing efficiency for the assigned strategic accounts.
Main Responsibilities
* Development and service creation for new contracts & contract extensions (encompassing new products, MSA changes, etc)
* Overseeing improvement & optimization plans
* Effective collaboration and orchestration of the internal cross-functional teams to deliver services to customers
* Ensuring robust governance of the client relationships troughout the contract lifecycle
* Execution of contractual obligations
* Identification of customer needs to ensure a positive customer experience
* Leadership of the Orange Business core team to ensure overall delivery of contract commitments and client satisfaction
about you
* Minimum of 5 years of a client-facing experience in complex multi-national environments
* Proven track record in Program/Project Management
* Solid understanding of P&L
* Agile mindset with hands-on experience in Agile practises
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
* Client-focused with good interpersonal & negotiation skills
* Positive can-do attitude, eager to understand the customer's business & strategy
* High level of self-motivation, resilience, drive and initiative – a self-starter
* Experience in orchestrating and collaborating with virtual and multicultural teams
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective information conveyance, guidance, addressing customer inquiries and fostering positive business relationships
* Excellent organisation, coordination, presentation, synthesis and reporting skills
* Proficient in developing, documenting, and optimizing processes
* Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian languages
