The Role
We are seeking a Legal Trainee in our Corporate Crisis and Restructuring team. This is an excellent opportunity for a final-year law student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience at a leading law firm. You will provide critical support on complex matters. Your work will focus on legal advice, legal research, and drafting documents for Restructuring & Insolvency matters, Litigation & Arbitration in corporate, bankruptcy, and commercial disputes and Distressed M&A transactions involving companies in crisis, funds, and lenders.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and opinions.
* Conducting legal researches and analysis.
* Supporting and participating in litigation and arbitration cases related to corporate, bankruptcy, and commercial law.
* Helping with due diligence processes by reviewing and summarizing documents.
* Collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues in the project execution.
Qualifications
* A strong academic record from a top university.
* A solid understanding of bankruptcy, corporate and commercial law doctrines.
* Excellent writing skills.
* Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
