Responsibilities
* Optimize supply parameters and stock levels to maximize customer satisfaction and cash flow efficiency.
* Set & release supplier forecasts, manage logistics terms and conditions to promote a touchless supply chain.
* Continuously increase Upstream cash and digital efficiency.
Main Activities
* Supply & Data Management: Manage and update key supply and stock parameters, including setting and releasing supplier forecasts and defining logistics terms.
* Replenishment & Procurement: Oversee material replenishment for raw materials and finished goods, using Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to maintain optimum stock levels.
* Performance & Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by conducting root cause analysis on customer delays and improving upstream supply chain performance and efficiency.
* Collaboration & Project Coordination: Collaborate with Downstream Planning Leaders to manage end-to-end inventory and coordinate upstream tasks for various projects, such as new product introductions, phase-outs, and production transfers.
Education
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Computer science/ Social skill oriented
