Job Description
As a member of the JD Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers whenever they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.
Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Assist customers at all stages of the sale, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met; provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
* Visual Merchandising: Support the maintenance of sales standards, including cleaning and organizing store spaces when necessary; verify stock levels on the sales floor and replenish as needed to ensure a full range of sizes is available.
Requirements
* Experience in retail preferred;
* Excellent communication and customer management skills;
* Ability to work in a team and attention to detail.
