As a Pricing Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will support the Pricing Excellence Function and assist the global pricing team in achieving all pricing objectives and strategies. Your focus will include performance management, deployment of pricing tools, and utilization of analytics.

4. Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make adjustments as needed
YOU MUST HAVE
5. 2+ years of work experience
6. Relevant pricing experience

7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
8. Strong financial modeling skills as demonstrated by ability to create pricing structures and P&L analysis with multiple scenarios
9. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to derive insights from large/abstract data sets and summarize for executive consumption
10. Demonstrated executive level experience in data management, financial analysis, IT / digital tools
11. Results focused with successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution
12. Experience leading a global team with demonstrated results
13. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure
14. Understanding ERPs / data systems
15. Demonstrated experience and understanding linking price and business strategy
16. Price management tools experience preferred: PROS software, Deal Desk, Tableau-based tools
17. Strong self-starter who can manage tasks with little guidance
18. Proactive and proficient communicator with good listening skills
19. Logical thinking ability with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
20. Proactive in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them
21. Experience working with teams across multiple sites/time zones; ability to develop effective working relationships and highly responsive
22. Advanced capability with Microsoft Excel, Siebel databases, SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Objects (BO)
