About us:
NIDEC FIR INTERNATIONAL Srl, a company belonging to a Japanese multinational group leader in the design and production of ELECTRIC MOTORS with a strong presence in the foreign market, is looking for a PRODUCTION PLANNER.
Responsibilities include:
* Confirm customer orders and provide timely updates on delivery status, addressing any discrepancies or concerns promptly;
* Act as the primary between Production, Material Planning, and Customer Service departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to optimize supply chain processes;
* Analyze requests for production anticipation and postponements, assessing feasibility and providing recommendations to meet customer demands while minimizing operational disruptions;
* Analyze material coverage (MRP data) and review the critical issues with the plant purchasing responsibles;
* Conduct inventory analysis to optimize inventory levels for Finish goods and Sub-assembly to reduce excess stock and keep safety stocks levels.
Requirements:
* High school diploma;
* Previous experience in the role;
* Knowledge of Cyberplan, SAP, Oracle and Excel;
* Basic level in English language.
