Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ESM services, workflows, and ITIL processes.Manage and standardize the divisional Service Catalogue across regions.Develop and maintain integrations with key systems (SharePoint, Azure AD, SAP, APIs) and drive automation initiatives.Oversee global administration of ESM and Confluence platforms, ensuring performance, governance, and effective knowledge management.Collaborate with regional teams (Europe, Americas, Asia) on KPI alignment, process compliance, and local rollouts.Design and maintain dashboards and reports for SLAs, automation, and performance monitoring.Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, security standards, and continuous improvement goals.Serve as subject matter expert and advisor for ESM and Confluence, supporting platform operations and roadmap development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business/Management, or related field.ITIL v4 Certification (Managing Professional preferred).Atlassian Confluence Admin or Atlassian Certified Professional desirable.5+ years' experience with global ITSM/ESM platforms.Strong knowledge of Service Catalogue, ITIL/ESM processes, and automation.Experience with Confluence and Atlassian tools (Jira, Automation for Jira) and integrations (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, monitoring tools).Skills in dashboarding/reporting (Power BI or similar).English B2/C1 required; German a plus.Excellent project‐management skills and ability to coordinate effectively in a complex, international environment.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship‐building skills across regions.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate KPIs and business needs into practical, measurable improvements.Proactive, self‐driven, and capable of balancing global standards with local flexibility.
