In this role, they will work alongside our Academy Team Leader, supporting training sessions and providing technical assistance to clients with automotive diagnostic and programming tools. Location: Partinico (PA), Sicily, HQ Main activitiesProvide remote support to customers using dedicated software tools, guiding them through vehicle diagnostics, programming, and repair procedures;Handle informational calls to evaluate the feasibility of repairs on specific vehicles;Provide chat support, identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services;Manage and monitor repair cases, ensuring timely updates to customers;Support the creation and translation of technical manuals; Technical RequirementsTechnical diploma, degree, or final-year students in IT, electronics, or mechanics;Interest in the automotive sector and electronic technologies;Basic knowledge (also theoretical) of ECU programming and immobilizer systems;Good familiarity with PC usage and software installation;Ability to read and understand technical documentation;Good command of English (minimum required: B2), excellent command of Italian; Soft skillsCuriosity and eagerness to learn and grow;Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach;Good communication and interpersonal skills, both within a team and with customers;Accuracy and attention to detail;Ability to manage priorities with a strong sense of responsibility; Benefits And PerksExciting challenges and growth opportunit
