This rolewill support our trademark attorneys in managing trademark portfolios, coordinating filings, renewals andhandling a variety of prosecution and enforcement matters. /ph3ubMain Responsibilities /b /u /h3ulliPrepare and file trademark applications, renewals and other documents on the UIBMincluding EUIPOand WIPO platform. /liliProvide support to foreign Attorneys in filing, renewal, maintenance and opposition matters. /liliMaintain and manage our trademarks database, ensuring deadlines and renewals are trackedaccurately. /liliMaintain accurate records of trademark portfolios and generate reports as needed. /liliAssist with trademark availability searches and initial search reports. /liliPerform other tasks as assigned by attorneys. /li /ulh3ubExperience Required /b /u /h3pMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in trademark law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department. /ph3ubEducation /b /u /h3pPreferably a law degree.
