In this role you lead the HR applications strategy and execution, ensuring available, secure HR systems that enable HR and IT to meet business goals. You manage a team, shape the HR applications roadmap, and partner with HR and IT to drive digitalization and innovation at scale. You will influence profitability and competitiveness through a robust, well‑governed HR tech portfolio. This is a cross‑functional, global position in a growth‑minded, people‑centred culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with IT and HR to develop and execute the enterprise HR applications strategy
- Define and communicate the technology vision and roadmap for the HR applications suite
- Ensure project outcomes align with strategic business goals and enterprise standards
- Oversee HRMS lifecycle management including support, deployment, and maintenance
- Support HRIS selection and implementation initiatives and manage external MSPs
- Lead HRMS vendor relationships and ensure security and change management policies are followed
- Provide training and documentation to the HR department
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Human Resources Business Applications
- Experience in managing HR systems and leading complex HR projects
- 3+ years of SuccessFactors knowledge
- Project management experience and/or certifications
- ITIL/ITSM certifications a plus
- Languages: Italian and English (spoken and written)
