This position reports to
Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
* Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets
* Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials / components
* Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements
* Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications
* Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team
* Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line
* You will join a dynamic, talented and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role
* You have 0 - 2 years of experience in relevant field
* Experience in automation processes is an advantage
* You are interested in safe work practices and all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
* You demonstrated a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
* Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
* Legal authorization for future travel or work in the US and New Zealand
