PEuronet is seeking to employ an strongOperations Manager for the Merchant Acquiring business /strong, who will oversee the daily operations and strategic initiatives related to merchant acquiring services in Italy. /ppThis role involves managing merchant management, supervision of service partners, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices, optimising operational processes, and driving operational efficiency through effective management and support. /ppstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /strong /pullistrongOperational Efficiency: /strongDevelop and implement operational processes to optimise and improve merchant acquiring service delivery. /lilistrongCustomer service: /strongmanage the service partners, call centre and other internal or external units providing services to the end customers. Provide 2nd level support to the customer service units, regularly measure the services delivered. /lilistrongReporting and documentation: /strongManage internal and regulatory reporting, update and maintain local operational documents /lilistrongPartner management: /strong Manage and measure suppliers, vendors and partners. Supervise the procurement, repair and related logistics. /lilistrongProduct development /strong: Participate and represent local operations in projects.
