The ideal candidate will be a reference point for area leaders and the Management Control team.
Responsibilities
Budget and forecast: contribute to the preparation of the budget and periodic forecasts; coordinate data collection flows with the various company functions ensuring consistency and quality of information.
Monitor and verify economic and operational results, with analyses to understand variances between actuals vs budget, forecast and prior year.
Month-end closes: prepare managerial accruals, reconciliations and verification of accounting flows in SAP in collaboration with and supporting the involved teams (General Accounting, Treasury, Order-to-C cash).
Reporting: prepare periodic reports and management dashboards to monitor economic-financial KPIs, supporting strategic decisions; understand company performance to identify actions to mitigate risks and seize business opportunities.
Processes: collaborate on cross-functional Finance projects and PMO activities, focusing on process optimization and evolution of management systems.
Modelling: create business models for predictive analyses and scenario evaluations.
Qualifications
Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
4–6 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in structured multinational companies.
Solid knowledge of management control logic.
Excellent Excel skills and good knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
English language knowledge (minimum level B2).
Analytical mindset and precision, with the ability to synthesize, critical thinking and results orientation.
Autonomy in task management, problem-solving skills and initiative.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Work location: Milano.
