In this role you will be responsible for Provide financial support to the Prestige sales team and cross functional (accounting, supply chain and fixed cost tracking), including activities such as month-end close, oversight on transactional finance processes executed by business partners and SOX controls Prepare and ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of reports, accruals, balance sheet reviews, forecasts and annual plan preparation Drive and cultivate collaborative relationships with the business partners to facilitate an understanding of key business drivers, variances vs budget/forecast & last year, identifying gaps & making recommendations Prepare various ad-hoc analytical reports and other presentations to aid senior management in decision making Closing collaboration with FP&A team and Revenue Manager to support management and budget owners in various areas affecting the financial performance of P&L Education and Other Skills Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar field and 1 - 3 years of experience minimum Strong analytical, finance, accounting, and communication skills Strong technology skills and working knowledge/understanding of business finance platforms (e.g., Excel, PowerPoin t.); knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is a plus Ability to analyze financial performance and obtain valid explanations for variances Ability to deal with diverse levels of financial and operating personnel in a multi-national organization Ability to work independently, under general direction, and develop creative solutions to problems Flexibility, multi-tasking, creative thinking, good business judgment, strong organizational & communication skills are all required to meet strict deadlines and manage other projects Must be a strong team player, highly motivated, and eager to learn
