The Role
* Provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.
* Maximize sales for the store.
* Develop enduring relationships with clients.
* Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests.
* Approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy.
* Manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices.
* Understand and advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance.
* Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history.
* Handle returns of merchandise.
* Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard.
* Support the team on general operations of the store.
* Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria.
* Operate cash registers and close daily revenues.
* Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
* Go the “extra mile” to meet targets.
The Candidate
* Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired; Chinese appreciated.
* Retail or service industry experience.
* Great customer service and people skills.
* Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues.
* Good standard of numeracy and problem solving.
