By ensuring accurate contract administration, reliable data management, and effective coordination with landlords, tenants, and internal teams, this role directly supports revenue integrity, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset performance.Key ResponsibilitiesContract & Asset AdministrationAdminister site management agreements, leases, subleases, rooftop easements, and similar contractual arrangements.Review legal documentation and contractual terms, identifying risks, discrepancies, and required actions.Track expiring tenant agreements and negotiate extensions under favorable commercial terms.Financial Oversight & Data AccuracyCollaborate with Finance and Administration to ensure billing and payment accuracy in line with contractual terms.Escalate monthly revenue and expense variances, identify data inaccuracies, and support corrective actions.Ensure continuous accuracy of asset, contract, and financial data within designated databases and CRM systems.Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementAct as a primary point of contact for site providers (landowners or their agents) and tenants.Communicate contractual terms and reconciliation outcomes clearly to external stakeholders.Resolve disputes related to site providers
