Who You Are You are a System Administrator with good knowledge of both Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows environments, capable of working with virtualization and cloud platforms. Manage internal infrastructure and applications Deploy and maintain servers and tools Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and services issues Document activities, procedures, new deployments Manage virtualization systems Monitor and optimize services and infrastructure Collaborate with engineers, developers, operators Upgrade systems and apply security patches
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Business, Digital Transformation, or a related field Experience with Unix-based computer operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS) Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Experience in virtualization environments like VMWare or KVM Knowledge of backup systems such as Veeam or Bacula Proven experience in digital customer experience management, IT services, or similar roles is a plus Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and related concepts Strong understanding of digital technologies, customer journey mapping, and IT service management (ITSM) Knowledge of Salseforce CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms is a plus Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and project management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives Knowledge of standard business software (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations) Experience in scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python, Perl, Bash, Java) Knowledge of API testing (REST, SOAP) is a plus Experience with databases such as MySQL; knowledge of Clickhouse is a plus Knowledge of automation (Jenkins/Ansible) and version control systems (Git) is a plus Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS and Azure Fluent in English language; detail‑oriented with interpersonal and organizational skills Knowledge of French language is a preferable asset
