PFor a Multinational Company leader in Logistic industry, /ppstrongWe are looking for a: /strong /ppstrongSenior Cost Controller /strongreporting directly to FPA Manager, will have the following responsibility: /pulliEnd-to-end management of the functional Profit Loss for all indirect areas (IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing Strategy, Strategic Partnerships, General Management) /liliAct as a business partner to Functional Directors and EMEA Functional Controllers /liliGuarantee the accuracy and quality of reporting related to all indirect cost centers; /liliEnsure Staff Cost reporting, including FTE monitoring, monthly closing, forecast, and budget activities /liliAnalyze and monitor consultancy and development-related costs, ensuring alignment with financial targets /liliContribute to monthly closing processes in collaboration with FPA and Controlling Director and Administration Department; /liliMaintain and update the indirect cost allocation model to the business, based on regional guidelines; /liliSupport the review and analysis of country-level fixed costs on a monthly basis /liliProactively suggest actions for cost optimization and efficiency across the functions /li /ulpstrongWhat we need from you: /strong /pulliAt least 4/5 years of experience in Controlling/FPA, ideally in a Multinational or Matrix organization; /liliStrong understanding of indirect costs, staff cost planning, and cost allocation methodologies; /liliProficiency in Excel and experience in managing data base tools (EG Access, Power BI, Power Query) /liliFamiliarity with ERP systems (experience with Oracle Cloud is preferred); /liliAnalytical mindset, accuracy, and ability to manage deadlines /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /liliFluency in English (spoken and written) /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
