Job Title: Sales and Service Growth Specialist
Role Summary:
This role involves developing the HP Device as a Service (DaaS) initiative in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the DaaS program, creating joint business plans with account managers, and developing the Configure-Price-Quote process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to build and scale the DaaS program
- Collaborate with account managers to create joint business plans and build a solid DaaS funnel
- Develop and handhold the Configure-Price-Quote process and assist customers with per seat per month pricing
- Pitch the DaaS concept to end customers and become an expert in relation to this within the organization
- Identify and develop services in complex deals, working closely with solution architects
- Partner with category, sales, and customer support teams to deliver best portfolio solutions and deliverables for large deals
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English languages
- At least 6 years of experience in IT industry or contractual sales, preferably in End-User Large Account roles
- University degree preferred
- Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and ability to make presentations to C-level executives
