We are looking for an IT Business Analyst – with around 5 years of experience, a strong background in financial environments, and fluent English. You will act as a key interface between business and IT, translating financial needs into functional and technical solutions.
Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements within finance-related projects.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Analyze and optimize existing business processes and IT systems.
Write functional specifications, user stories, and documentation.
Support solution design, testing phases, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory constraints, and IT solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong background or experience in finance, banking, or insurance environments.
Proven experience working on IT or digital transformation projects.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
International and challenging projects in a dynamic environment.
