Your Role:Gross margin Analyst is part of a team in the Operational Care Center responsible for: - Executing the FSL per KN Policies - Supporting Financial operations reporting - Supporting charge and cost entry data quality in cooperation with Sea Logistics Operational Care Manager Import/Export, Systems and Processes, Finance and BU management - supporting Active/Passive invoice handling of the BU - Support Operational Financial training within the BU - Analysis and Reporting towards the BU management Your Responsibilities: - support BU training and development in their area of responsibility - ensure profit maximization - support Management, (National, Trade Management and Operational care) with Financial analysis and ad hoc reporting To immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to the direct report - monitor financial/operational performance of carriers and other vendors and escalate / create awareness if performance and commitments are not being delivered - Initiate and resolve any discrepancies - support the Customer Care team in resolving complaints Your Skills and Experiences: - 1/2 years experience in similar roles (Auditing, reporting and control) - Excellent knowledge of Excel - Fluent in English - High level of attention to detail - Communication, organizational skills in organizing, planning, assigning and controlling - Flexibility and ability to work under pressure LI-CT2 Good Reasons to Join:KuehneNagel is committed to creating a work environment where everyone is welcome and diversity, equity, and inclusion are prioritized.
