As Field Retail Manager your responsibilities are:
? Promote our Brands Identity through sales and retail techniques
? Get people fall in love with our products and inspire others to do the same
? Planning store visits in a selected area
? Take care of brand merchandising in retailer's stores
? Manage relations with retailer's staff at different levels
Additionally, you will:
? Work in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere
? Learn to use our sales techniques and become an expert in storytelling our programs
? Work in a specific area but with a strong relation with the headquarter
? Join a fun team located in different areas
Requirements
? A bachelor's degree
? Strong communication skills
? Full fluency in Italian.
English and/or other languages as plus.
? Passion for travel, training, luxury and beauty industry
? Customer oriented and target driven
? Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team
? Positive attitude, flexibility and great team spirit
? Organization skills
