You will drive the adoption of advanced technologies to enhance our MedTech solutions and ensure our operations are secure, compliant, and ready for global expansion. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liIT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure (software, cloud, databases, networks, hardware) ensuring performance and scalability. /li liCybersecurity Compliance: Define and implement cybersecurity policies, ensuring compliance with GDPR, NIS2, and industry standards like ISO 13485 and IEC 62304. /li liAI Technology Innovation: Lead AI, machine learning, and tech innovation to improve operational efficiency and product development. /li liCollaboration with Engineering and RD: Integrate technology solutions with engineering and RD teams to enhance products and processes. /li liBudget Vendor Management: Manage the IT budget and vendor relationships to ensure cost‑effective technology solutions. /li liTraining Development: Promote ongoing IT training programs for employees on the latest technologies, tools, and best practices. /li liData‑Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics and business intelligence to drive decisions and optimize performance. /li liLeadership Strategy: Define and execute the IT vision and strategy, leading a team to achieve business goals. /li liInfrastructure Optimization: Monitor and improve IT system performance for reliability, speed, and security. /li liDisaster Recovery Business Continuity: Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system uptime during disruptions. /li /ul h3Qualifications Required Skills /h3 ul liProven experience as a senior IT leader in technology‑driven or regulated industries (e.g. MedTech, AI, robotics). /li liExpertise in managing IT infrastructure, including cloud services, databases, networks, and software platforms. /li liStrong background in cybersecurity protocols and compliance with regulations like GDPR, NIS2, ISO 13485, IEC 62304. /li liHands‑on experience with AI/ML integration and deploying advanced technologies for efficiency and product development. /li liLeadership skills with experience in team management, collaboration with engineering, RD, and business teams. /li liProven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and third‑party service providers. /li liExperience with data analytics, BI tools, and optimizing performance through data‑driven decision‑making. /li liSolid understanding of IT best practices, including disaster recovery, business continuity, and performance optimization. /li liProficiency in cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Google, etc.), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools (e.g. Python, Ansible). /li liFluent in English and Italian, with a passion for innovation in regulated environments. /li /ul pSalary Range: 45-65k€ (including basic, variable, and benefits) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
